Problem(Abstract)
TSM Server doesn't start after upgrade from 6.2.3 to 6.2.4Symptom
During the server startup process, the following events were received:
ANR0990I Server restart-recovery in progress.
ANR0151W Failure starting database manager.
ANR0279S The database manager failed to start. The database manager license key is invalid or was removed.

Diagnosing the problem
The db2diag.log shows the following event:

Resolving the problem
The above error events point to page corruption issue on TSMDB1 database.
To resolve the issue perform a PIT DB restore
