Error description

It is possible for performance to decrease after upgrading to
Tivoli Storage Manager Server 6.3.  This is caused by the server
enabling the DB2 INTRA_PARALLEL configuration parameter in this
new version.

Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected: 6.3

Customer/L2 Diagnostics: Notable performance decrease after
upgrading to 6.3.  If they are not at the 6.3 level, this APAR
does not apply.
